Expectations and Checklist
Enrollment and Timing:
• New members can join during open enrollment and begin at the start of a new session.
• Exceptions require prior communication with the Trainer.
• Outdoor Boot Camp sessions run from April to October.
Arrival and Preparations:
• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the session to meet the Trainer and submit new member paperwork.
• Start with a Pre-Workout Stretch.
• Bring a couple of water bottles and a healthy or sugary snack.
• Don’t forget to bring a mat, blanket, or towel for ground exercises.
• A hand towel to wipe off sweat is essential.
• Bring a backpack to carry personal items as we move around the park.
Safety and Supplies:
• Carry a small first aid kit and ice pack for unexpected injuries.
• Dress in layers for weather adjustments (sweatshirts, hat, gloves, jacket, etc.).
• Feel free to bring personal workout aids like fitness stretch bands, jump rope, hand/ankle weights.
• We provide a first aid kit onsite; billed for items used.
Weather Conditions:
• Outdoor workouts will be canceled during lightning strikes within 30 miles, rain, thunderstorms, or snowstorms.
• Cancellation notifications will be posted on our Band site.
Protection and Engagement:
• Bring mosquito/bug spray and sunscreen for protection.
• “LIKE/FOLLOW” our Facebook page (www.facebook.com/JackAndersonFit) for motivation and updates.
Logistics:
• Parking available at all parks.
• Arrive early, check-in at the designated workout area marked with a “Blue WISCFIT.COM Flag.”
Registration/Waiver:
• Complete and scan attached paperwork or bring it on your first day.
• Paperwork can also be completed onsite if needed.
Gear and Support:
• Visit our online store (www.wiscfit.com) for Boot Camp gear purchases.
• Allow up to 3-7 days for delivery directly to Boot Camp location.
