Membership Policy  

 

Thank you for choosing Washington County Sports Center for your fitness and wellness journey. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to ensure that you understand your rights and responsibilities as a member. Please review the following policy carefully.

Membership Perks

As a valued member, you are entitled to the following benefits:

• 5% discount on any in-house pro shop sale, unless a better offer is available.

• $30 off a Birthday Party booking for your family.

• 50% discount on special events such as Kids Fun Nights, standard Open Gym sessions, and Summer/Winter Camps where public participation is allowed. Please note that this discount does not apply to Member Only Events.

• 10% off participation in a second program with our organization at the same time (excludes programs offered through Parks & Recreation).

• Grandfathered Rate: You will continue to enjoy your current membership rate for as long as you remain a member.

 

Membership Renewal

To maintain your spot in our classes, all monthly memberships automatically renew for the next month. Should you wish to cancel, please provide written or email notice to jack@wcsportscenter.org at least 30 days prior to the start of the next month. Cancellations made with no notice will incur full monthly fee to cover administrative costs. Please note that all summer promotional pricing will auto-renew at the regular price.

 

Annual Fees

A $50 annual fee is required from each member to support various aspects of our operations, including insurance, electronic technology upgrades, association licensing, and enhancing member experiences. This fee is non-refundable and due annually. There is also a required $20 AAU Membership fee due September 1st of each year.

Cancellation Policy

Upon cancellation, members forfeit any promotional offers and are not guaranteed a spot upon their return. Former members rejoining after a price change will be subject to the new pricing structure.

Additional Terms

• When signing up for a promotional discounted offer, all memberships are final and non-refundable.

• Additional fees may apply for leveling up, but are not required.

• In the event of a credit card transaction dispute not caused by us, a service fee of $30 will be charged for our time to resolve the issue.

• All memberships require autopay due the 1st of each month.

• If no payment is received by the 10th of the month a $20 late fee will be accessed.

• If a member would like to schedule a meeting with the coaching staff, please reach out to Jack Anderson with your concerns, and a meeting will be scheduled with the staff. We value the opportunity to grow and address your needs.
